Here is a quick video demoing a Hartke VX3500 combo amp. The video is meant to show the amp's features and not my playing; my hope was to display this piece of equipment's tonal range. For full amp specifications check here:

I am making this video because I hate shopping for expenisve equipment off craigslist where it says "some rattling" or "carpet/tolex a little worn" when in fact the speakers are completely blown and the covering has been shred to bits. I am showing all the amp's issues here now so you can see exactly what you are getting into without having to drive a long distance only to be disappointed. That being said this amp is cosmetically in good condition and sound wise in excellent condition. I am selling this amp for $400 firm, which is a very fair price considering these amps sell for $699 new:

As stated in the video I am the original owner and it was purchased in 2004 from Sam Ash in Westminster, California. I searched high and low for the original owner's manual but couldn't find it so I have taken the liberty of printing one out for you from the Samsontech website (Samsontech owns Hartke). I am selling from Los Alamitos, California and I am not willing to this ship this amp, it is local pick up only. I will drive a short distance if you live close or want to meet up.
As stated in the video, I am sad to see this amp go but I have no room for it and I'm not using it anymore. I realize $400 is a big investment and as a musician myself in this economic crisis I understand money is very tight, but this is very good deal on a very good amp and the price stands. Message me at Rezo4000@yahoo.com if you are interested in buying, and thank you for looking.
hey i clicked ur link to see more details and it said its 700. ur describtion said your selling it for 400

@Diehard804 really? I'm selling it for 400, that link is from 4 months ago so I figured craigslist may have taken it down. If you're interested in buying it, the price is still 400, I wouldn't raise it like that

@Rezo4000 hey man ill tell u striaght out i love this amp! ive wanted one forever but couldnt afford it. 400 sounds like a really good deal, but i think u said you live in california and i live in florida, so would i have to pay for shipping over there??? and if it gets damaged on the way over to florida then wat?
Diehard804 1 year ago
@Diehard804 Yeah it would have to be shipped and I'll tell you now it would be really really expensive because the amp is pretty heavy. I'm sure whoever you ship through would make shipping insurance available but I would recommend just getting this thing new or waiting for someone to post it in Florida. I'm eager to unload this thing but it would be way more expensive for you to ship it (Just looking out for another musician)

do most hartke amps blow out their speakers . . . 'specially one like this?

Nope, Hartke is pretty great, I'm using their pro line 2200 cab and I love it. I just wasn't that lucky with this one, and if I recall this one might have been the floor model.
