Democratic turnout is so expected to be really low in Virginia. Apparently Deeds would be comepetive except for that. In many years of political experience the Number 1 lesson I learned: REPUBLICANS (almost) ALWAYS VOTE. They'd have to be extremely demoralized to stay home. In midterms/special elections they clean up.
