Recently redynoed the car. I have a vid up, and I'm at 265whp and 256 TQ
-
probably from the drive train loss associated with rear wheel drive vehicles. The altima dosen't lose as much power because it dosent have to travel a long distance
-
I'm actually at 261whp currently. I haven't dynoed recently since I put my Y-pipe in, but I suspect I'm about 270whp. FWD doesn't lose as much power as RWD does. We just have horrible traction problems off the line.
-
how can you put down 245 hp at the wheels when i own a 06 350z with 300hp at the crank and 237hp at the wheels?
-
it gives the engine colder air, more air... adding a tiny bit of performance as well

i know this might sound like a noob question but do u have to replace the fujita with the stock air system for Smog Checks??? i hear from some ppl that u dont and some say the fujita intake is illegal here in cali

Fujita is not carb legal. If you are in cali, you must switch back to your stock intake for smog. Or buy the K&N which is carb legal

First thing, Join the web forums. Nicoclub and nissanclub. a lot of times the manufacturers will post on the sites that they are looking for a demo car to build parts off of. Second option is to go to meets and events where manufacturers will be, and start networking.
