My car was sponsored by Fujita air a few months back. Today, they finished the product and installed it.

  • i know this might sound like a noob question but do u have to replace the fujita with the stock air system for Smog Checks??? i hear from some ppl that u dont and some say the fujita intake is illegal here in cali

  • Fujita is not carb legal. If you are in cali, you must switch back to your stock intake for smog. Or buy the K&N which is carb legal

  • how did u get sponsord jw. cuz I'm getting a 3.5 altima coupe dark gray in a couple weeks. and I might want to try and get performance parts and get sponsored by a couple ppl.

  • First thing, Join the web forums. Nicoclub and nissanclub. a lot of times the manufacturers will post on the sites that they are looking for a demo car to build parts off of. Second option is to go to meets and events where manufacturers will be, and start networking.

  • sweet sound

  • Recently redynoed the car. I have a vid up, and I'm at 265whp and 256 TQ

  • probably from the drive train loss associated with rear wheel drive vehicles. The altima dosen't lose as much power because it dosent have to travel a long distance

  • I'm actually at 261whp currently. I haven't dynoed recently since I put my Y-pipe in, but I suspect I'm about 270whp. FWD doesn't lose as much power as RWD does. We just have horrible traction problems off the line.

  • how can you put down 245 hp at the wheels when i own a 06 350z with 300hp at the crank and 237hp at the wheels?

  • it gives the engine colder air, more air... adding a tiny bit of performance as well
