Outdoor Retailer Show

I got an invite to the OR show. This is a huge show for the outdoor retailers. I just ran around and had fun. Took a little video just to show some of what I was seeing. Nothing to special.

Fun video. There is always so much to see there, it's easy to get side tracked. I can't wait for the summer market, to see even more gear. I was a little bummed there wasn't very many knife companies...

@Steeleprophet Noted that too. Last time I was there (about 15 yrs ago), there were more knives around. I wondered if most of them were concentrated on Shot show.

Good looking stuff. Not sold on those heat up boots and gloves especially when your talking triple figures for gloves. I'll stick with my wool, leather and canvas, they don't run out of batteries. Nate

We went to the Outdoor Retailer in the fall, it was great.

this one was more winter sport related, right?

@GunWebsites Yes. From some conversations I had people were saying that the summer one is just nuts. Lots of people crammed anywhere and everywhere. So busy that I hear Salt Lake is having a hard time supporting the event. Brings in millions to the local economy.

Cool stuff. I can see where the powered heating stuff could be very useful but it looses its usefulness to me the more and more it costs. But like all things it will drop in price if it gains any traction.
