just use a spinning reel for plastics. That weight will snag on grass, scare finicky fish, etc. For plastic i fish with no weight, just let the plastic float down naturally. Many fish will hit before the plastic even hits the bottom. Every equipment has a place and time...using a weight to overcome the limitations of the casting reel is pointless, just spinning reel.

hes usein a baitcaster to demonstraight how to flip a worm or jig the best way to learn to flip for a beginner is a spin-cast gettin out in the yard just throwin under stuff or beside stuff thats how i learm\ned and u dnt need a line wih that kinda strenght i use 12 lb test and it works perfect

Well he spent more time talking about tying on his stuff than teaching flipping. Then when we get ready to start,you can't see the bait and you can barely hear him. He needed to be wearing a microphone instead of using the camera microphone and should have been using a more visible bait. This was supposed to be instructions on how to flip and not actually catching fish. I can read the step-by-step, I was wanting to see it in action. Bad video for that.
