Nearly every religion in the world has rules about punishing nonbelievers and it's usually by killing them. After all what better way to keep the holy men in power is there than executing critics?

You could not be MORE WRONG. Most idiot liberals I know think Islam is the "religion of peace" as so much of the media tries to portray. I think Islam is bad, islam is scary, and it's part of the reason why I'm so WELL ARMED now. The media portrays you Muslims as wonderful while they bash the hell out of Christians.... always quoting history of 700 yrs ago. When in fact, they should be showing how radical muslims are the past brought back to life.. TODAY.

@StarbucksChunks the Muslims were always the enemy of the Lord Jesus. As a Catholic, one should do his duty and fight Islam. I dont mean resort to violence, but fight against it and all it preaches.

The chaplain is merely restating the accepted stance on apostacy within Mohamedanism as it has been understood for 1300+ years now. It's not at all controversial, since the Sunnah says it right there (no room for argument). Anyone who knows anything about Mohamedanism knows about this, so it's not really news. I also think that regardless of thte left-wing medias obsession with dumbing-down all religions to the common denominator, Mohamedanism is still seen for what it is in the US.
