  • Just an added note that I've noticed: you can also hold the wait above your head (that is to say, your arms are outstretched so that your biceps are near your ears :P ) but that can be really tough. Also, you can use a medicine ball or a plate instead of a dumbell for the ones that you hold in your hands.
