This is a captured video AND sound from game 'Draconus' from Atari 800 computer. Just to show how you can write music with 4 voice polyphony and no actual control of the waveforms.

Draconus celebrates it's 20th anniversary this year (it was issued in '88).

  • That's IT !!! This track WAS AWESOME !!! I also miss that atari days.... the only good thing is, that I haven't sold it. I think... tomorrow I will lisen to this music on my TV :)

  • How to? 4 voices? Lack of control? It's easy :) Just need to have a little bit of talent and knowledge. Unfortunately lots have forgotten of that. Miss that atari days bad...

  • wow this is amazing...so much memories ..fuck...i can see me and my two friends sitting in front tv and playing the game hole fucking day we didnt go out for some time we was just playing draconus...when i hear the music i am some how happy and feel secured if u understand what i mean..i was a kid not worryingabout anything but for the playing games and hanging out with my friends woow childhood such a beautiful thing in our lifes.....thanx for the upload
