DJ Food's Strictly Kev is responsible for this reissue. The idea was not to do some crazy, beat-tastic re-edited version of the classic Sesame Street track, but to make essentially the original piece of music available on a decent recording. According to the Ninja Tune website "Kev has re-edited all the key elements and cleaned up the sound while he's at it. And cooing those syncopated numbers and "do-do's" in the background is only the Pointer Sisters on a session singing assignment. "

@gatosonriente its a re-edit by the DJ Food collective. Extending the track by over a minute.
I'd like to put to rest the confusion regarding this video. The Pointer Sisters are responsible for the origonal Seseme Street Pinball Number Count. This is a remix by Ninja Tune's DJ Food.
There is speculation that DJ Food is a person. Which ultimately is not the case as many many people have toured under the DJ Food name. DJ Food is ultimately a Project "Food for DJ's" started by Coldcut.
However over the years it has become so populat that Strictly Kev has taken over the Live DJing.

This is a composite of number 2 - 12 of the Pinball Number Count animation (number 1 was never created) and has never been released until the 2003 Ninja Tune 12" came out.
The original individual tracks ran for approximately one minute each with 3 different bridges and 12 number variations.
