Glory Hole Owyhee Reservoir The Owyhee Project lies west of the Snake River in Malheur County, Oregon, and Owyhee County, Idaho. The key feature is the Owyhee Dam, on the Owyhee River about 11 miles southwest of Adrian, Oregon. The dam is a concrete, thick-arch structure which was designed to carry about three-fourths of the water load by arch action, and the remainder by gravity action. The dam rises 417 feet above foundation in the river section and, at the time of its construction (1928-1932) was the world's highest dam. Owyhee Dam became a proving ground for theories being developed to assist with the design and construction of Hoover Dam, whose unprecedented size, 300 feet higher than Owyhee, required totally new construction methods.This 52-mile-long, 13,900-acre reservoir is located approximately 50 miles south of Ontario. @kilfridg i am conservative and usually vote republican, but this statement is absurd. If you check your facts, then you will know that bush was no better. He signed a Bill into effect that will eliminate all borders in north america. Its called the american union. Sound familiar? Heard of the EU(european union). Yea thats right, no borders at all. No mexican border or canadian border. Just the AU(american union). New currency will be the amero. Bush was just as bad as Obama is now.

@kilfridg You're talking about legislative powers. Neither Bush nor Obama had the power to do that without congress. If they did manage to muster up an excuse to use some sort of power, it would have been pointless because the supreme court would have struck it down telling the president what I am telling you and "mudbone"; the president doesn't have the power to introduce his own legislation. That's why he has to go in front of congress and ask them to do what he wants. Checks & Balances.
