I'm afraid you are wrong. There was some Sciphone G2, which was a fake Android phone, but this one actually runs Android 1.5, it is a real Android phone, which is suprisingly good after all the ... Sciphones. I wouldn't buy it for the price, there are better offers out there, altough none of them runs Android.
