Awesome stuff, just great.

best mount transition video out there. i actually prefer to mount this way now, rather than flipping my base and covering my partner's field of vision.

@TriangleJiuJitsu Unfortunately, when you're a white and even blue belt being bigger and stronger often means you win.

Rener and Ryron are the best instructors in jiu-jitsu I've ever seen. I've trained at local places and the instructors are good. I've never met Rener or Ryron but I have all of their DVD's and I always check out their online videos, and even through these media their instruction seems so much clearer and more detailed than anything I've gotten at local gyms. I wish I lived out in Torrance so I could go the Academy and train in person. Thanks, guys.

I used to train with Rorion and Royce and Rickson back in the days and although Ive never trained with Renner after watching these videos of his this young man is a great teacher!

@YyJoBb Really? I mean not to judge or anything, but using pro hormonal supplements to change your body may cause problems....I mean what your doing is adjusting to a new body basically, ull end up changing your game cuz ull notice those 3 inches may get in your way...i mean its not necessarily a bad thing, but ull have to adapt to it which will take time...I mean iv never looked into that stuff but good luck man, i hope theres no bad side effects haha.... Im just sayin id never take artificial

@YyJoBb there are many advantages and disadvantages in jiujitsu depending on your height. The short bulky guys are so hard to triangle choke, the long lanky guys (like me) are easy to choke but I, in my opinion, have a very good guard and good triangles. thats all i work though, because im flexible. The shorter, the less space there is to re establish guard or anything..ull find the short guys are really good on side body.
Man, Rener, you are just an amazing, optimistic, clear thinking person. Much respect for your entire approach.

I would really like to thank the Gracies for sharing with the rest of the world unlike classical martial arts that are very secretive with their techniques.
They could have kept it for themselves and kept winning all the time.
Knowing BJJ doesn't guarantee winning, BUT not knowing BJJ very much guarantees losing.
