Screencast describes search of all ORFs which have the word chloride in their annotation in the Cuprivadus Metalidurans ( Ralstona Metalidurans) genome . Following retrieval of the ORFs ( genes), the screencast describes use of the CDS and reverse complement options within the NCBI site to get at the cDNA sequence for one of the ORFs.
