I own this Don Giovanni film on DVD and adore the film. Gorgeously filmed, it was on location in Italy. The interiors of the Palazzos are authentic and the costumes are period-perfect to the setting in the opera. The cast is perfect - Raimondi as a villainous, creepy Don, Kiri as a sympathetic Elvira, Teresa Berganza as a cute Zerlina and Donna Anna as the best Donna Anna ever sung.
