Why would that be sad? Why do you judge that? It's great when people make choices, and do it CONSCIOUSLY. And what usually happens when people indulge consciously in all kinds of things (be it food, sex or whatever...) is that it becomes ... boring. The idea of jerking of doesn't excite me that much anymore.

That's NOT how it works. Our highest excitement is what arises in the moment, spontaneously. You cannot force that. This is about being open to your FEELINGS in every minute of the day.
