  • I love the beatles... I LOVE ukulele (and eleukes)

    But my GOD, this version was waaaaaaaaay to "country" for me... boring and uninspiring. Ofc, that's just my opinion.

    I'm not gonna give it a dislike just because it wasn't my style. The production of the video and music was good enough.

    Only wish more ukulele players could play more interesting music. It's an instrument with so much potential!

  • Sorry, but pretty as it sounds that is about as far from playing - and listening to - real ukulele music as I could imagine.

  • Different strings have different characteristics.

    They can drastically change how an instrument sounds.

    Aquilas generally have a brighter, louder sound than Hilos

  • it does look like Aquila strings lol... btw, wads the diff with the 2 strings???

  • It appears as though Mr. Kaida is using white Aquila strings rather than the black Hilo strings :)
