Great recipe Neha! Would really try this out. The best thing abt ur recipes r like u feel that u r making it at ur own place...the ingredients, the appliances, the dishes look so familiar to a typical US apartment kitchen (specially the aluminum foil wrapped burner indicating a typical desi family in US).
Just curious..whr in US do you guys stay? Anyway keep posting more recipes.

Thanks for the informative video Neha! I was cravings my Mom's malpua this diwali when I found ur receipe. It turned out great (not round though:) My friends looooved them. I have been forwarding this video ever since. Looking forward to trying more delicious receipes from Neha's Kitchen!

thanks neha for this wonderful recipe....i just love malpuas.....i heard there are different types of malpua....but wats the diiference?

Malpuas can be categorized in mostly Dry and Wet (syrupy) types.
Though there are different ways of preparing Malpuas for example by using fruits, without mawa etc. Traditionally it should be rich and sweet in taste people experiment by using different ingredient to retain richness.

Its milk solid (also known as Khoa)... You can get it in Indian store.
