Sim City 4: Building A Region From The Ground Up Part 1

This shows the construction of what I hope to be my best region from scratch. Everything is being added as you see it, and hopefully, when done right, the finished product will look pretty good.
In this video, the two cities shown are Franklin (the residential and commercial city) and Hampton (the industrial city). They rely on each other in order to grow and this is how I am able to start most of my regions. This one however, I would like to show the city grow inward towards a downtown CBD instead of me getting carried away building skyscrapers in one of my older bedrrom communities. I hope you enjoy it.

Fraps (fraps.com) was used to shoot this video and Windows Movie Maker was used for editing

@davidbesir I think it's called the civic structures construction mod or something like that, but yes it should be on Simtropolis

What is that 'grass roadside' you are using? I found a street mod but it has like 6 dependencies, is that the one you are using?

@darkpokemon0426 u can get them from a simtropolis mod called NAM (network addon mod)

honestly, i dont recommend it as most of the new roads are very annoying to place
