Nobody in their perspective country signed their constitution when they were born or even there after, but it is still the same constitution of that country until it changes and becomes other country. As long as we have this constitution this country will be called the United States of America. Until that day comes we have laws that state who can and who can't be the President. I am sure there is a lot of people around the world that doesn't agree with that, but that is just how it is.

People that make a distinction between the original colonies and the corporation, do so for a reason. Do you admit, or deny that there is a distinction?

Have you read the Treaty of Paris from 1783?, If so, why were the individual colonies referred to as 'States', instead of 'states'? Do you know the legal difference?

I don't see many people dispute what you're saying. You really need to do yourself a favor by properly understanding the legal definition of the word 'constitution' and 'constitutor'.

The Constitution may not be what you think it is. You think it protects your rights. If this were true, try clamoring for your 'constitutional rights' to a judicial administrator in a court setting. See what happens. I've been shocked myself to see the "judge" say that it doesn't apply.

This is NOT difficult to learn but it does help to be able to read and comprehend. Basic math skills are required to figure out the 14 year requirement and how NO ONE could have qualified to be the president of the United States of America, not even George Washington. However, there ARE NO REQUIREMENTS to be president of the United States.

@phosphorolizer that is not true the bylaws of the corp US dupilicate the the organic constitution up till the 12th amendment. they state qualification of the corp US and are same as organic. MUST BE NATURAL BORN CITIZEN OF THE US. Cant violate the bylaws are you can force the dissolution of the corporation. therefore even the corp US cannot have a non natural born citizen

@djherich you are so wrong, you have to be 35 years of age. you have to be a legalized citizen, which means both your parents ( both your mom and dad ) have to have lived in the USA for at least 14 years, five of those after the age of 14. After you then meet those requirements then you children can be the President if they can get elected by the majority voting. Get it?
