Opening Day Dove Hunt

Join The Outdoor Scout dove hunting on opening day. On this hunt we both jump and pass shoot doves. Not only are we hunting with a 15 pound dog but my wife is only 2 days away from her due date.

Took lots of time to teach the dog to retrieve. She hunts rabbits, pheasant, grouse, woodcock, ducks and geese (along with doves). I credit her success to a number of things but it really comes down to starting at a young age, and hunting her with experienced dogs...

uhh i have one q how do u train a dog to retreive i have a lab german mix and i just dont think he gets the look up to find the birds he can smell them and he can c them hit the ground but only if hes lookin that way ????????? plz help dove seasons only in a couple more weeks

thats awesome that u use your Cavalier King Charles Spaniel to hunt! i've been looking into it. do you only take her dove hunting or do you do any other (phesant, quail)?
