http://www.MadeFitTV.com - When we purposely avoid food the day of (or days leading up to) a "bad" meal, we train our metabolism to temporarily slow down. The more frequently this happens, the more likely it will add up as excess fat. That's why in this week's Made Fit TV episode, I explain why it's good to eat when you want to be a little naughty with your nutrition. I show you certain foods that work for your body (and not against it), allowing you to have your cake and eat it, too!

  • @Kaulitzjumbiefan She is not skinny. She has MUSCLE. She can probably eat way more than you and maintain her weight than your low muscle skinny fat self.

  • Is there a standard protien/slow digesting carb ratio? For example carb+prot = effective fat burn

  • @smejri95OMGF I was thinking the same thing. I was like WTF kind of food is this? Must be the GMO (Genetically Modified) stuff. I never see this at Wholefoods or Farmers markets that's for sure!
