The referee did nothing wrong in this match imo, anything he did can be judged after the rules in his favor. The first handball, is maybe intentional, but the second isnt, the reason why chelsea never get penalties is that they throw theirselves too much when they are challenged in the box. When things isnt that bad really.

its funny that when barcelona win a difficult match when they weren't the better side people say they bribed the ref... you people are so retarded.. the ref was simply a dumb ass and chelsea got robbed that night. barca also got a red card for a dive by anelka. the paranoid conspiracy theories against barcelona just sound ridiculous. and the red card wasn't late, there was still a lot of time left

@10YNWA10 The referee new he had made many stupid decisions so VERY late in the game he gives abidal a red card to pretend he wasn't being biast, the Red card was a conselation one as at that very late stage it wouldn't make a difference.

@minermax4444 there were some bad calls, on both sides. first leg, eto'o goes down, clear penalty. nothing given. alenka dives, abidal gets a red card. only 2 of the enalty claims against barca were actual penalties. so it is 1 penalty and 1 red card vs. 2 penalties.

also, the whole situation couldve been avoided if ballack had tried to block iniesta' shot, which he very well could have done, instead of literally ducking out of the way
