i get what you mean by being injured for so long. I have had my shoulder dislocated for 5-6 times in the past year so this is it for me with skating. Its going to take minimally a year to about 3 years to recover for me. I've been skating since late 2008, therefore having this injury and not being able to skate is really tough thing to live through.
