Chicken n' Shrooms! (Or whatever other veggie!)

I know not everyone likes mushrooms, but my husband looooves them so we cook them often. However, this dish would be great with lots of other types of veggies too!! This meal is super yummy and very easy. Hope you like it!

This looks sooo good however I cant eat gluten and its in the soup!Gluten free eating presents a challenge when cooking!

@bella3987 YES omg I bet that'd be so good!! I would use those small red potatoes, cut in 4s, and maybe saute them with a little butter and some spices, before putting them in the dish. I bet that'd be so yummy!

That looks amazing! I will definitely have to try it! My husband hates mushrooms - do you think substituting potatoes for the mushrooms and cream of chicken soup for the cream of mushroom soup would work?
