@AMARPEP Even 25 perfect pull ups is pretty difficult.

That was AWESOME!!! I was in the Marines for 4 years. Most I ever did was 21 dead hang pull ups.

Hey man, you started off really well for your first 25ish pullups, but you started kipping afterwards. If you do kip pullups you minimize the amount of energy expended per pullup because you substitute the kinetic energy of the kip. You'll get better results if you do dead-hangs instead of kips. Still impressive nonetheless.

@pacifiedfools Thanks for your comment. This competition wasn't based upon strict form, only locking out and speed. I posted another video doing 40 Strict Pull Ups, as well as a new single"Came Home".
