Incredibly powerful argument against Duke's plan by simply by providing a simple, clear summary of what they want to do. If the legislators aren't smart enought (or independent enough) to understand it, I hope they get deluged with links to it from NCCN members like us, and 'fellow travelers' (i.e, people with functioniing brains and enough insight to understand what this proposal really means for us ethically ... and in our pocketbooks. If the free market won't give Duke Energy a loan to build nuclear plants, then we shouldn't be forced to hand them our money. The lady is right, this is a horrible idea.
