This is no joke my house is the only place in town where the leaves are still in the trees. I don't understand. Even if they do fall now I have to wait till spring to get rid of them.

They are feeding off of the neighbors house next door. See how close they are to the foundation. The termiticide used under the house is killing the termites and the roots from the trees are drawing up the extra nutrients the dead termites are leaving behind. The best thing to do is burn down the house next door thus eliminating the dead termites and the extra nutrients that are left behind. Or you could just cut down the trees and not bother with leaves. lol
