I hope this somehow reaches Shannon, I watched the episode about Ms. cooper and her hat box, I can't tell you how it touched me that you went to such an extent to return her letters, and the picture of her husband. I understood the pictures were proops from her son, but the picture was outstanding!, I worked in Nursing Homes for about 15 years, and can't tell you what it means to people to have others care! kudo's to you and your partner in crime! all my best Paula
