Well the Video is heavily slanted. Not all species of whales are endangered. I guess it is to be expected due to your political views.
However I do agree 100% in NOT allowing commercial whaling. At least not until all IWC nations (including Japan) agree to ALL IWC conservation methods.
Currently Japan has a formal objection to the Southern Ocean Whale Sanctuary. Until Japan removes this objection NO DEAL !!!!!
