The twin towers look-a-like in Moscow is pretty ironic i would say.
But like the movie says the good times for this investment are over, they can go on with the work and invest more of their money to finish the projects but when theres not enough outside intrest they wont earn money back...
But other nations have even bigger problems with that... like Dubai.

I think that's a little extreme.
But the former PM guy that spoke, Mikhail Kasyanov, I liked him. It would be great if someone like him took power in Russia again. I guess Putin barred him from running for election last time.
