What all did you have to do to make them work on the computer. Im in the process of trying to hook up my billy bob any help would be great

Thanks, although looking back at the animation today... it had a LOT of room to improve. But, it was our first attempt - so Im ok with it. I don't remember exactily, but I think Billy Bob was around $2500, plus $800 for the bird... and shipping with stuff like that was a nightmare! LOL. Thnaks for th kind words!

Looks great; please work on Billy-Bob's mouth to have it close up tighter while singing. The lip-synch will look much better if you can.
