@johnnieblaze1974 Rolling the weight up to your eye level is a good grip, wrist, and forearm workout. Start off with 2-5lbs. Also Back rows are perfect and can be done anywhere you can hang off a low bar, metal rails, jungle gym in the park, secured chairs, etc.

Awesome video!!! Gutter and very gritty. Kind of like the early Hannibal video when he is doing muscle ups and levers off of the fire hydrant with DMX playing, except this video has powerful tones of brotherly love, unity and discipline. Thanks for sharing!!!!
