Hi Rob, your tutorial worked, i had to put in the password to open my files, but after i closed it, my password wasnt needed anymore and it was back to being opened by anyone. I checked that no 'save password' or anything was ticked

Question. if someone gets on your computer and say, they go to SPOTLIGHT and they search the entire mac for jpeg photos. Will all your photos still show up? Basically my question is, does Spotlight give them a preview of files even if they are stored in your protected folder?

@condw93 I was able to copy it and delete the copy without writing any passwords so... yeah.
Doesn't seem to be the best solution after all because it even looks more important thing as an disk image.
