Unless it's an HD. They are 8 lugs.

as 1999, excluding the 99 model year old body style, so any 1999 and newer silverado no matter if it has 4 wheel drive or 2 wheel drive is a 6 lug wheel. it was cheaper for GM to make all hubs 6 lugs so that they didnt have to make two different bolt pattern wheels

To my knowledge, K refers to 4x4, C refers to 4x2. A 6 lug wheel would be a two wheel drive, unless it was a LD 3/4 like my 94. Its a K2500, but only 6 Lugs.
