One of my best friends is a landlord. He would always take pictures of the place before the tenant moved in and after they moved out. This Plaintiff is nuttier than a fruitcake.

Places I've seen people leave apartments are supposed to be left ready for the next tenant. Different strokes for different folks.

I hope no landlord rents to her without taking a 4GB worth of pictures before and 8GBs after she leaves. She's trying to get away with leaving an apartment with that crap. Horrible woman.
On a side note, I wonder, if the litigans come on here and try and find their episode?

While I don't really care for the plaintiff's demeanor, she's mostly right - if the place was that dirty, the landlord, for his own protection, should have taken pictures.
