Yes, this country does need leadership and this man is obviously not the one to provide it. He is hiding behind scare tactics and incorrect economics insights. The people that are going to pay will be the same people that he so dishonestly wants to protect. The American people. Shame on you Grassley.

This bumb needs to be thrown out. This kind of politics wont work in this century. sorry bub.

Shame on you Senator.
Wednesday at your town hall on Health Care you lied like a filthy dog to your constituents regarding the so-called "Death Panel", implying to these ignorant, frightened senior citizens that the government could pull the plug on them at will.
You flat out lied sir. You have shown yourself to be firmly in the control of the major health insurance companies and that you don't give a real rat's ass about the average American.
You are a fear mongering, corporate whore, sir .

Wow! It's a good thing you know so much about not only the economy, but also farming! I mean...geeze! You're solution almost sounds like it'd happen in less than a year.

Yeah...cause that'd go great with capitalism. I mean...let's just take out the competition.

Actually...he's just getting started.

Heey Grassley, you are a clown. Don't you realize that government health care will recirculate money back into programs for the people? Guess what, clown? We know you are probably in bed with big private insurance and health care companies who give you kickbacks and "donations". Let the people get the right to low cost or free health care so we can all get healthy today, not when we can "afford it".
Later clown.
Sen. Grassley, your arguments in favor of criminalizing otherwise law abiding citizens who find relieve from what ails them in medical marijuana is abhorrent. You claim that the administrations position violates the mandate to do no harm and yet by your own admission you would deny a patient their medicine inflicting upon then unspeakable harm, and subjecting them to unnessesary pain and suffering. Shame on you. On behalf of patients everywhere I urge you to reconsider your position.

Really, Trojanny? First, I'd like to see the research claiming that. And second, caffeine causes heart problems. Alcohol causes liver and brain damage. Tobacco... don't even get me started. So why is a drug a lot less harmful than these illegal? Ignorance, racism and fear. And we were supposedly past that...
