America needs a deadlift named after it. In this variation you get anterior pelvic tilt and lumbar extension down low, and posterior pelvic tilt and lumbar flexion up top. These actions are dangerous for the spine so you need to play it safe, but the benefit is that you get a huge hamstring load down low and a huge glute load up top.
