Hi, thanks so much for your comment. Regarding your question, yes, most of the homes we sell do have public sewer/water, but not all. There are some areas that do not have hook-up to city sewer/water, so it's well water and septic for those. In the event you're ever interested in such a property, there are home inspectors out there that can conduct a septic inspection for you before you purchase a property. Now is a great time to buy as prices are the cheapest they've been in a long time.

I enjoyed watching your videos, , I myself is interested in buying a property that needs major rehab, I'm not sure where I would like to invest in Florida but my biggest question is, I'm assuming the homes you have shown have public water and sewer? That's one of my biggest concerns when purchasing a home you can't be too sure about septic systems and well water --- but thanks for posting maybe someday I will move to and purchased a home from you
