Easier way:

You Will Need: Two Cherry Stems, and Two Front Teeth

Optional: A tongue

Step One: Pre-tie a knot in a stem and place it below your tongue.

Step Two: Do as shown, and present untied stem to audience

Step Three: Replace Pre-tied stem with unknotted, and discard of untied in secrecy.

Step 2: Make a knot outside your mouth

Step 3: Put it in your mouth secertly

Step 4: Put another cherry stem in your mouth

Step 5: Pull out the knotted cherry stem

Step 6: Dispose of the untied stem

Easier way.... have one tied already between your cheek and gum. swap the untied one with the tied one while both are in your mouth.
