So my dad is obsessed with NASCAR and I've grown up watching it. Joey Logano, in my opinion, is a total hottie. So I figured I'd make a fan fiction about him. I'm going to be naming some different drivers, so if you see a name and you don't know who they are and I don't explain them, just assume it's another driver. This is also one of my replacement stories.
---
Sarah's P.O.V:
I sat in the pits, watching the cars going around and around. Boring. Why couldn't my brother be a baseball or football player? But no. He's a NASCAR driver.

Sorry, I got ahead of myself. I'm Sarah Nicole Logano. My brother is Joey Logano, rookie NASCAR driver. He's only twenty years old and has just started out a few years ago, but he's doing REALLY well. He's the youngest driver to ever to win a Nationwide Series, when he had just turned 18. He also was the youngest driver to ever win the Sprint Cup Series when he was 19. He won Rookie of Year his first year and won his first race after only racing for a year.

I'm 14, six years younger than him. Ever since last year Joey's been my legal guardian. He's a great big brother, but from February to November we're traveling to the different tracks, which means I'm homeschooled. I miss my friends but I know that it's for the best.
Right now we're at one of the final races, the Martinsville track in Martinsville, Virginia. Joey's doing really well. Only three more laps left and he's in second. Kyle Busch is right in front of him. Joey takes a turn and pulls in front of him. Kyle fights to go in front, but Joey beats him and soon the checkered flag is out. Joey drives over the white line. He won! I jumped up smiling.

Joey did his victory donut, meaning he went around in a huge circle in his car. Then he pulled up into the pits, cameras were crowding around everywhere. He climbed out and stood on top of the car. People were spraying him with different liquids. (A/N: In NASCAR, that's a good thing, don't worry.) Then he did a back flip off his car. I jumped up and ran over to him. I hugged him tight. He hugged me back, keeping me in the hug.

-Great job big bro!
Joey: Thanks baby sis!

Then he was given his trophy and his big cardboard check, he held it up, me standing beside him. The cameras were flashing off. Then he had to go off and do an interview with the ESPN people. I stood to the side. My cell phone rang. It was my best friend Bailey. I answered it.

-Hey Bailey!

I had to pretty much yell over the commotion.

Bailey: Hey! I just watched the race! Tell Joey I say congratulations!
-*laughs* Thanks. How's everything going there?

She started telling me about our other friends and school. Then she had to go. I hung up and sighed. While it is exciting being in a new state every weekend, I do miss my friends.

Joey came over to get me for pictures. I stood with him, his arm around me and my head on his chest. I'm referred to by the announcers as the "Sister of NASCAR". Most of the drivers have girlfriends, wives, moms or kids to sit there and support them during the race but Joey has me.

But it isn't over there. Then he has to talk with his boss and then change. The race ends at five, but Joey always has to stay for another two hours. I'm half asleep in a chair when he comes over. He laughs.

Joey: Time to go Firefly.

Firefly. That's Joey's nickname for me. When we were little I used to love to chase fireflies around. So Joey started calling me firefly.

-Mmm. *holds out arms* I'm too tired to walk.

He laughed and picked me up, my arms around his neck, and head buried into his shoulder, legs wrapped around his stomach. I'm small for my age, so that's as far as they go. He carried me to our car and put me in. He got in on the driver's side and drove us to the hotel. We went in and up to our room. It's only 8, but I'm exhausted. I flop back onto my bed. Joey laughed.

Joey: I'm gonna order food. What do you want?
-*in pillow* I don't care.
Joey: *laughs**kisses her head*

He ordered the food and then sat on my bed. I looked up at him.

-How are you not exhausted?
Joey: Because I drink a lot of coffee.
-Why can't I drink coffee?
Joey: Because you're too young and coffee will make you too hyper. You're hyper enough.

I poked out my tongue.
