Italian Sausage Sliders

WHAT YOU NEED
1 lb ground beef
2 lb ground Johnsonville Italian Sausage (any variety: Sweet, Mild or Hot)

Optional Toppings:
Mozzarella Cheese
Provolone Cheese
Marinara Sauce
Pizza Sauce
Anchovies/Anchovy Sauce
Pickles and Mustard
Sautéed Onions
Giardiniera Sauce

PREPARATION
Combine the ground beef and Italian Sausage in a bowl and mix together.

Form the meat mixture into small patties.

Cook over medium-high heat until no longer pink, about 160F.

Serve on slider buns, topped with your favorite ingredients.
