I agree, this is real, but they're too cocky, and soon there will be more of those who are stalked than those who stalk them. And law enforcement will crack down on the bastards.

The cyclist didn't have to see your camera. There may be someone closer to your location that signal him. I have the same problem. I am watched from several positions most of the time. You would be amazed at how long, (hours), they will wait.

I call a LOON a LOON and give credit where it is due...this is obviously a case of documented stalking, for what reason they were stalking the individual I don't know, but this was a cut and dry example, so good job.

this stuff exists but hard to tell in some videos. this is the most clear vid i've seen.
the govt is blowing money on domestic spying now in the name of terrorism, but really to protect itself from the American people who do not want to go with teh NWO agenda.
