  • Thank you. I am so happy for you. Everybody can do this. And will get more than they will on a diet. It will change everything in a persons life starting to use Law of Attraction.

  • @MrPeace2mind We are always "using" the LOA, Like gravity, it just is. We can't not use it... the trick is to use it to our benefit and attract to us the things we want instead of what we don't want. We do that by focusing on our desires, feeling them & BEING them now. We attract our thin body to us by BECOMING THIN NOW in our minds & our bodies will catch up as quickly as it can. If you were thin now, how would you sit, talk, act, walk? Don't put off your life until you get thin!

    I feel like I just can't loose the weight and keep it off, I want to be 150, but I weight 201 pounds, and I hate myself for it, I feel like food is such a comforting thing. yes I am lucky to be 5 8 and ppl's guess on my weight is 180 max, but I know deep down I am fat, fat, fat. And I want to be thin, thin, thin. :( Can you please give me some advise? I don't want food to be my comfort anymore, I have a very gorgeous boyfriend, and I want to feel confident next to him. Please help.

  • @SamSings4life93 Hey there. You really have to stop with the self hate and convert that into self love. Where you are is just where you are, it has served you in some way as protection. Deep down you ARE thin thin thin and the fat is just a symptom of old patterns and beliefs. They CAN be reversed and reprogrammed with practice, observation of those behaviors, and lots of self love.   • Oh hey! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my work buddy lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • @MsMandaMarieR Yes, you have to use words that mean what you want. Thin to me means my healthy body weight while skinny means too thin. I can see how it helps with motivation to change it, but once the motivation wears off you need something more. For me always focusing on the fat, and I am fat kept me there, but when I started focusing on my ideal body weight and where I was going, it went a lot smoother and faster. Everyone has to do what works for them!

  • @IamIamIamSierra I think a bit differently. Saying I'm fat and admitting my problem won't keep me personally from being fit. I dont wanna be thin. Thin to me means too small. I don't have self confidence problems so saying I'm fat actually does help me try harder to change it.
