There was an old clip in black and white I found about a year ago...it had a machine in space talking to an astronaut and they were talking about something similar to this. I know, vague, but I'm hoping someone here knows what I am talking about. If anyone can find it please PM the link to me.

i think we are all real because we pursue a purpose through interaction with family friends and others. my eyes see what information i can gain from others who then form information to spread to others. the other option is to talk to trees, teapots, bikes, or ants, but we can't gain any relevant information or knowledge from those objects as they do not share the same form of language. 'i think life is real because discussion is the way we move forward, otherwise what is the point in reality?'
