Complaining about Ryu's Shinkuu Hadouken is like complaining about Goku's Kamehameha, Ryu is not supposed to be flashy, Ryu's been doing the Shinkuu Hadouken since Street Fighter II his cross art is simplistic but Ryu focuses on power and accuracy any Street Fighter player would know that. Also Capcom will probably release an expansion with more super and cross attacks just like SSFIV.
