i just found out that Doug died today. I worked with him at Showcase Cinemas for 6 years in Worcester and i first met him when i was 15 years old. He was the first out gay adult i ever became friends with. In many ways he was a father figure to me and he helped shape my young adulthood. So hard to believe he's gone.

Well, it's been more than a whole year now....and I still cry just about everytime I watch this. It really captures the essence of Doug, and that's why I cry, I guess, because i miss him so much. Thank you Danielle for putting this up. I watch it when I'm missing him too much, and it helps.

I was just youtubing wachusett and came across this again. It still is as beautiful as it was when I first saw it. I can't believe it's been a year. I still miss him just as much and he is one of the people I will never forget.
