I brought a 4 unit on Duncan street in detorit for $10,000 3 of the units renting for $400 per month I lease option the unit for $250 with the option to buy for $5,000 at the end of the year with no to very little mangement.

You can go the "hood"!! Lol, but you are right every nieghborhood in Detroit is not worth investing in. The current home that our company just renovated at 18027 Murray Hill is a great home in a great neighborhood. The entire block has been nothing but great in embracing us while we bring first time homebuyers to the nieghborhood.
