I suffered with the knees to elbows because my triceps were tired from the night before and the wall balls which are hard. My wall balls are harder then crossfits because mine is smaller. My presses are harder too because my hands are closer. Their box is 4' higher though. I was still thrashed by the girls though.

Hawwaian teenager Elyse Umeda did it in 20:00 and Tanya Wagner in 21:19 and Gillian Mounsey in 22:21. The girl from this video did it in 30:30.
