Ser abanderado del equipo español en las Olimpiadas de Londres es un honor que debo agradecer a las federaciones españoles que me han dado esta posibilidad. Para mí es uno de los momentos más felices de mi carrera y un reconocimiento a todos mis éxitos y a los de nuestro país. Gracias y ojala tengamos todos suerte!!

It's an honor for me to be the carrier of the Spanish flag at the London Olympics and I would like to thank all the Spanish Olympic federations for choosing me for this. It's one of the happiest moments of my career. Thanks to all and all the best of lucks to our Olympic team!

    Que grande es Rafa!! los 2 favoritos para llevar la bandera eran Pau y Rafa, 2 tios que son un ejemplo dentro y fuera del deporte, nadie mejor que ellos 2 para representar a España.

    Just missed being there live - but it was so great to see Rafa so natural, just being himself. It never ceases to amaze that this unassuming super star in the world of tennis, the man who changed the game forever, appears to be for all the world the last one who knows it! You Rock Rafa!
