...and out of curiousity, what's that other body that votes on the governor's budget? The Assembly? Did you send them to your Assembly person too?

Last I checked Senator Trunzo created a bill to make the checkbook of the school districts published on the school's website so tax payers could see where their money was going and corrupt school officials could be held "accountable". It's Senate bill 8307A, try looking it up.
As far as your educated well informed organizers, you have kids in there who look about 9 years old. Are you serious?
Honestly, I'm an independent, but it's nonsense like this that wins my vote for Senator Trunzo.

wow exploiting children to pass your own political agenda-really taking education to the next level! Look at the kids! They don't even know who the Governor is! Look at them running around!
Did they ever go to the Governor? Or could they not get off from school?
It's funny how the Senator's staff are the ones who call you guys out on not arguing in front of the children. haha
And yea, clearly you guys aren't a state and local politics class, it's the governor's budget.
haha

Whoever filmed this video is an idiot.

Those kids were adorable! Did they ever get to deliver the other half of the heart?? ;-)
Actually, the Senate has to vote on the governors budget-And for years they vote down accountability in schools. The kids are not being exploited they are well educated young organizers who all knew exactly why they were there, by their own choice.
